At Bush & Co Kids, every childhood matters and every voice is heard.
We provide child-centred support through specialist case management from birth to 18 years for children and young people after catastrophic injury. In doing so we advocate, involve and co-ordinate rehabilitation to allow children, young people and their families to thrive.
At Bush & Co Kids, children, young people and their families can reset, find balance and realise their full potential.

We are dedicated to early intervention and ensuring equitable access to support, no matter where a child lives or the nature of their injury. We respect and value each child as our client, prioritising their unique pathway and the needs that arise along the way. Our governance framework ensures that every service we provide upholds the highest standards of safety, security, and best practices.

Addressing behaviour that is challenging to manage
Our specialist behaviour support service provides intervention when a child or young persons’ behaviour is providing a barrier to rehabilitation and thriving following catastrophic injury.
We understand the profound impact behaviour has on personal growth, goal-setting, and fostering meaningful relationships and know that all behaviour is a child or young person’s way of communicating with those around them to be heard, understood and supported. Together, we work towards achieving positive and lasting transformations in every child's life.
At Bush & Co Kids, our team of compassionate and experienced behaviour specialists collaborates closely with clinical case managers and multidisciplinary teams. The team includes integrative psychotherapists, counsellors, creative arts therapists, cognitive behaviour therapy specialists, family conference coordinators, therapy practitioners, and education specialists. We partner with esteemed neuropsychology teams nationwide, we develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Every step of the way
As children progress through childhood, their needs change. At a time when they want to continue within education and reach their full potential, our vocational case managers are on hand to guide, advocate and break down barriers so that every young person has access to the further education and learning they wish for.
Our vocational case managers work to equip young people with resilience, determination and a desire to learn or work so that they don’t miss out. Young people supported through Bush & Co Kids have a voice, a plan and hope for the future:
- Vocational triage which assesses the most effective point at which to introduce vocational rehabilitation;
- Job seeking support programme to look at preparing for work or meaningful activity;
- Young persons’ transition assessment designed to review potential
A joint venture partnership that gives back, no matter what
At Bush & Co and Bush & Co Kids, we are proud to be a joint venture partner with the Child Brain Injury Trust. Together, we share a deep commitment to amplifying the voices of children and ensuring a positive outlook for those affected by childhood acquired brain injury (ABI). Through our collaboration, we work alongside the charity to provide essential support, advocacy, and guidance throughout each child's rehabilitation journey.
Because childhood matters—no matter what—our partnership ensures that for every child we support through the Legal Support Partner network, the Child Brain Injury Trust receives a charitable donation throughout the ongoing rehabilitation pathway. This means that all children and young people, regardless of how they acquired their brain injury, benefit from the incredible work of the Trust.
If you're a Legal Support Partner of the Child Brain Injury Trust, reach out to learn more about how we can work together to make a difference at hello@bushco.co.uk.

Client’s Family - January 2025 -
Maria (Nowshadi) is a compassionate case manager who has experience and knowledge of paediatrics which is extremely valuable. She is approachable and responsive and we feel lucky to have found her.
Client’s Family - December 2024 -
Antonia (Richards) has been a life line for us. She really cares and has fantastic abilities to support us with all sorts of demands that come with having to care for a child with complex needs. She communicates with us and we are often thinking the same thing at the same time! She is able to find us the correct support from other people as well and has been a great help with dealing with agency care and invoicing, leasing with solicitors, therapists, CCG and social care etc.. she does the things that I don't want to do or have the time for basically. She takes a great weight off our shoulders and gives lovely emotional support too.
